Scott Siekierski, Attorney at Law
Mr. Siekierski received his law degree with honors from the University of Texas Austin in 2005, after receiving his bachelors and master’s degrees (with honors) at the University of Texas at Dallas. He worked in the Tax Group at the prestigious worldwide firm of Jones Day from 2005 until 2013, when he set out to start his own tax, business, and estate planning practice. Mr. Siekierski was licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas in 2005 and was admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court in 2014. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Siekierski worked for a Chartered Financial Analyst and Financial Planner.
He is married to his beautiful wife Hillary Dean Siekierski, and they and their three year old son Cooper reside in the Dallas suburb of Fairview, Texas. When not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling, is active in his Masonic Lodge, and is a supporter of the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.
He reflects on his law practice: “My practice is rewarding because I come into contact and help people from all walks of life that need real help. The common element among my clients is that they are hard working and care about their family and future. I help by focusing on the now—applying my knowledge of tax and business law to help you pay less tax on your earnings, and on the future—preparing you for that hopefully distant yet inevitable day when all you have worked for is passed on to your loved ones or other worthy causes. My goal is not merely to do a job for my client, but to provide real value. I invest the time to get to know my client’s business and personal goals, think expansively about ways to help, and implement outside of the box solutions.”
